I'm very happy to see that my A4 2022 Colourful Abstract Calendar has taken centre stage in a man cave!

Ouseburn Open Studios

Really enjoyed my afternoon visiting 36 Lime Street and Northern Print as part of the Ouseburn Open Studios weekend.

Had some lovely chats to makers and saw some incredible work. What a talented bunch! Really pleased I got to have a go at doing some screenprinting and woodblock printing at Northern Print too.

Thanks to everyone who welcomed me into their studio - I know how draining Open Studios can be as an artist hosting others, but hope the time and effort you put into this weekend seemed worthwhile. I certainly found it an enjoyable and inspiring event.

Here are a few photos to remind me of my afternoon

Lumiere Festival

It's back! Delighted to be able to enjoy the Lumiere Festival again. This year one area was ticketed, and unfortunately I did wasn't able to get any tickets BUT I was pleasantly surprised by the amount and quality of other works that I could access. There was a wide range of works, some interactive, some projection mapping, some projections on the floor, some sculptural and so on. There was something for everyone.

Here are a few photos from my evening
